Remarks:
Founded by 114 Catholic and 19 Lutheran families. Since following the church holidays proved difficult, the 19 Lutheran families moved to Katzbach. The remaining families had migrated from the Duchy of Warsaw where they had immigrated to earlier from Bavaria (Muenchen District, 1804), Rhineland-Franconia, and Rhineland-Palatinate counties. They had founded the colonies of Ortschokowin and Schitonitz in Poland.
