This file contains cemetery records of the Friedensgemeinde Cemetery (Damm Cemetery) located near Froid and Culbertson, MT; NE corner of the state; approximately 60 miles from the Canadian border and approximately 40 miles from the North Dakota state line on Damm Rd (?).  In some situations, burial took place in another cemetery but names were recorded here in order to show familial relationship. Many of the interred have Bessarabian and Volga histories. In 1987, Janet Margolis Damm and LeroyAlex Damm took photos of each grave marker; in 1993, listings were corrected against Alex Damm's Sexton Book and new graves were added.
