The intent of the Bessarabian RIG Listserv is to take care of most of these kinds of things for us. So if you are a member of GRHS, it is highly recommended that if you are interested in researching the Bessarabian families, that you join the RIG and listserv.
However, if you are not a member or have exhausted your energies trying to find something on specific German people of the Bessarabian area, please prepare an inquiry and provide the following data elements the best you know them.
Surname and given name of the person
Dates of life events that you are aware of
What village[s] in Bessarabia do you associate with this person
Any other specifics that might help such as spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters, and anything that makes good sense
The best insight you can provide without over doing the amount of data, the better the chances we can find a trail for you to pursue.
