Monetary Award Winners

The Lane Alton Nusz award was established by Frieda and Alton Nusz in memory of their son. There are two categories of awards. For the first award, Rachel Schmidt, GRHS Office Manager, keeps a record of all GRHS members who submit pedigree charts during the last year. The names of these people are placed on index cards and a random drawing decides the winner of this award. The winner receives a free one year membership to GRHS.

The second award is $50.00 and awarded to a person nominated by a GRHS members for service to his/her chapter or to GRHS. Again, a random drawing selects the winner.

To download the nomination form above: (using Internet Explorer, Netscape or Mozilla Firefox)

• place your cursor on the nomination form and right click 

• select Save Target As (Mozilla will say Save Link As)

• select the folder on your computer you want to save the form to

• then select save (a copy of the form now resides on your computer in the folder you selected)

• if you are using dial up service, disconnect from the Internet and then open the file on your computer
