death notices are now searchable. Go to the Death Notices Search page and type in the surname you are researching.
Besides the death notices page by village, I have also included a new death notices alphabetical listing page. - Photographs of the Heimatmuseum der Deutschen aus Bessarabien" in Stuttgart, Germany were added. Even though these pictures are from the Bessarabia Museum, it will still give you a good idea of how our German ancestors dressed and lived.
