Each year at the GRHS Convention an Annual General Meeting of the members is held. At this meeting an Annual Report is presented and the members vote on various issues as given in the agenda. The Annual report contains the Membership Meeting Agenda, the Board of Directors for the previous year, the President’s Report, the Meeting Minutes of the previous year, the Treasurer’s Report (including Financial statements), a list honouring GRHS Volunteers & their years of service and reports from each of the committees.
